General Statement of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will oversee the floor nurses and CNAs to ensure that residents are receiving the highest quality care.

General Statement of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor will oversee the floor nurses and CNAs to ensure that residents are receiving the highest quality care.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with established plans
- Supervise Clinical Nurses and CNAs
- Act in the capacity as a Team Leader
- Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for each assigned resident
- Provide supervision / counseling as needed to unit staffing
Key Educational/Professional Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Nursing program;
- Valid Registered Nurse(RN) or LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing supervisor role
- Experience in a long-term care setting
- Superior self-management skills, as independent initiative, time management, and ability to collaborate are essential
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, reflecting an understanding of the appropriate use of communication technologies and an appreciation that each audience requires its own approach
- Appreciation of cultural and ethnic diversity, especially with respect to outreach to underserved communities
Other Requirements
- Location: Royal Cotuit (Mashpee)
- Part-Time
- 7 am – 7 pm every or every other weekend
- $2000 Sign-On Bonus
