On this role, selected candidates will:
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- The RN/LPN will advocate for the residents in his or her care while communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- The RN/LPN will provide and document resident and family education and maintain an organized and clean care environment.
- The RN/LPN will also participate in the procedures and systems that support resident care and safety.
- All other duties assigned per the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing.
Requirements and Education
- Bilingual English-Russian is a plus
- Graduated of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Current and in Good standing License as RN or LPN in the State of Massachusetts
- 2-3 years experience in a Long Term Facility Nurse (Required)
- Ability to work on a fast paced environment
- Computer knowledge as user
- Reliable transportation.
