Royal Taber Street has a Full Time Opportunity for a Qualified MDS/ADON Nurse!!!!!!

Job Description:
 

• Generates MDS for all newly admitted residents, conversions, or bed holds
• Prepare comparison reports
• Audit reports and other documents before submittal
• Assists in managing the overall operations of nursing department according to facility policies
• Offer coverage to the building/Nursing Department at DON’s absence
• Completes Company Identified Tracking tools
• Other duties assigned by the DON

Requirements:
 

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RN/LPN License in the State of Massachusetts
• Experience with MDS completion and submission
• Previous experience completing MDS and Care Plans
• Previous experience in a long term care facility as Charge Nurse / Nurse Supervisor or Assistant Director of Nurse
• Knowledgeable of general rehabilitation and restorative nursing practices and procedures, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
• Computer skills
• Available to be “On Call” one weekend per month
