Royal at Harwich is located in the heart of historic Harwich Village, and just a short distance from the community beautiful beaches, our lovingly renovated property is the former site of Cape Cod's earliest tavern and stage shop, and has the look and feel of a classic Cape Cod bed and breakfast inn.
Royal at Harwich Village is looking for a Maintenance Manager to be part of their team.
The Maintenance Manager provides a variety of standard and skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of center grounds and facilities.
-Works closely with and follows directions from the maintenance director;
-Maintains and repairs basic functions of the center as determined by the maintenance director;
-Maintains building and grounds in a clean, safe and orderly condition;
-Performs other duties as requested.
Schedule:
30hrs per week with benefits
Education & Experience:
High school degree or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and construction in a skill nursing or health care facility, preferred;
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
