Royal Norwell is seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to be part of our team. Selected candidate will be responsible for managing the ongoing facility Nursing department scheduling process. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently and accurately building work schedules for clinical staff (CNAs, LPNs, and RNs) The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring call out data, and overtime hours for clinical staff throughout the facility. As well as answering the phone, greeting guests and visitors, and other general office duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year of office experience
• Detailed oriented with excellent follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of office equipment (Computer, Fax, Copy Machine, Multi Line Phone, etc.)
• Knowledge of office software (Excel, Microsoft Outlook),Internet
• Ability to learn new software programs
