General Statement of Responsibilities

The  Admissions Director  is responsible for coordinating all admissions to our facility.

Core Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for census management and development of beds in the facility
  • Manages the companies inquiry and admission process
  • Maintains working relationships with referring community agencies
  • Promotion of Specialty Programs with Community Senior Organizations and Healthcare Partners
 
Key Educational/Professional Requirements
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining excellent rapport with referral sources, community & healthcare professionals.
  • Strength in creative marketing in the community & internally for staff, resident and family members.
  • Experience in healthcare admissions field required.
  • Ability to understand all aspects of the long-term care environment.
