Royal Cape Cod Nursing & Rehabilitation Center operates an 118 bed licensed skilled living facility that offers an uncommon blend of superior care, a beautiful waterfront location, sensitive personal attention, and dedicated professionals.

Royal Cape Cod has an openings for a part-time and per-diem (all shifts) Registered Nurse(RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN).

The RN/LPN will advocate for the residents in his or her care while communicating and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. He or she will provide and document resident and family education and maintain an organized and clean care environment. The RN/LPN will also participate in the development of policies, procedures and systems that support resident care and safety. All other duties assigned per the Director or Assistant Director of Nursing.

The part-time RN/LPN position is a scheduled 15 hours, 7A-3P shift. All shifts are being recruited for the RN/LP per-diem opportunities. (Please indicate in cover letter which position/shift apply for).

Education & Experience:
Graduate of an approved Nursing program;
Valid Registered Nurse(RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Previous experience as a Charge Nurse for a long-term care facility highly desirable;
Must have long-term care experience
