Royal Falmouth Nursing is looking for Experienced Receptionist - 30hrs with EOW.
Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and residents as they walk by the facility
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Transfer phone calls to the correct party in a timely and courteous manner
- Give some tours to prospect residents and / or relatives
- Other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Nurse
Requirements:
- Multi phone lines / front desk experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented
- Decision making skills
- Caring and compassionate
- Available for work EOW and Rotating Holidays
