Royal Fairhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for Experienced DON to be part of their Winning Team!!!!

The Director of Nursing (DON) works in concert with the Executive Director and Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON) and directs the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and Royal Health standards, guidelines and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, assumes the responsibility for center operations. The DON conducts the nursing process – assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation – under the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure. Education & Experience:
Currently licensed as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
3-5 years of experience as ADON or DON in a healthcare setting required.
