Royal Fairhaven has great opportunities for enthusiastic candidates looking for Part Time Activities Assistant Positions.
Selected candidates will be working rotating weekends and rotating holidays
The Activities Assistant will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the residents' assessment and care plan. Other activities as assigned by the Activities Director.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or its equivalent;
Previous experience in a Recreation/Activities position in long-term care preferred OR
Previous experience in school settings (paraprofessionals, teacher assistants)
Have ability to read, write and follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
