Royal Norwell Nursing is looking for an enthusiastic and multitask weekends only Receptionist.  This is not a Summer Only Position

Job Dutiess
 

• Greet visitors and residents as they walk by the facility
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Transfer phone calls to the correct party in a timely and courteous manner
• Give some tours to prospect residents and / or relatives
• Other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Nurse

Requirements:

• Some front desk experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented
• Decision making skills
• Caring and compassionate
• Reliable transportation
