Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center operates a 190 bed licensed skilled living facility that offers an uncommon blend of superior care and dedicated professionals. Royal Braintree has an opening for a full-time - 40 hours weekdays - Assistant Director of Nursing.
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) assists in managing the overall operation of nursing department in accordance with facility policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent resident care and to meet resident needs. In concert with the Director of Nursing (DON), the ADON will assist and support the translation of the nursing philosophy of the facility into nursing practice by participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system. Education & Experience:
Currently licensed as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
3-5 years of experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting.
