Description
Float Care Pool Float Care staff operate as a pool of nurses and aides working within a region of skilled nursing facilities in the Royal Health Group family. Team members will engage in a multi-faceted and diverse work environment offering exposure to a variety of nursing needs. Function as a quick response resource to fill vacancies, leaves, or as a long term staffing solution. Take advantage of an opportunity for career growth and development by working as a floating team member with the potential to become a permanent team member within one of our facilities:

• Develop a more robust, knowledgeable nursing background
• Increased exposure to a range of acuity levels
• Work cross-functionally applying a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach
• Scalable hours – up to 40 hours per week if desired
• Tuition reimbursement and Conversion programs for HHA’s, CNA’s, LPN’s, RN’s

Regions include:
Cape Cod – Buzzards Bay, Mashpee, Falmouth, & Harwich
South Shore – Norwell & Braintree
South Coast – New Bedford & Fairhaven
Rhode Island - Westerly & Middletown

Qualifications:
Must possess a current CNA certification, HHA certification or RN/LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Long-term care experience preferred.
