Float Care Pool Float Care staff operate as a pool of nurses and aides working within a region of skilled nursing facilities in the Royal Health Group family. Team members will engage in a multi-faceted and diverse work environment offering exposure to a variety of nursing needs. Function as a quick response resource to fill vacancies, leaves, or as a long term staffing solution. Qualifications:
Must possess a current CNA certification, HHA certification or RN/LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Long-term care experience preferred.
