Royal Cotuit located in Mashpee, MA has an opening for a full-time, day shift Nurse Supervisor
The Nurse Supervisor (NS) assists in managing the overall operation of nursing department in accordance with facility policies, standards of nursing practices and governmental regulations so as to maintain excellent resident care and to meet resident needs. In concert with the Director of Nursing (DON), the NS will assist and support the translation of the nursing philosophy of the facility into nursing practice by participating in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system. Be a part of the team leading the nation in healthcare.
This is a Full time position.
Education & Experience:
Currently licensed as an RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts;
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
3-5 years of experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting.
