Royal Cape Cod is looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to be part of their Team!

The Maintenance Director provides a variety of standard and skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of center grounds and facilities. The maintenance Director is also responsible for a team of maintenance workers in the building.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of contractors and vendors;
Works closely with Administration in order to keep center in order;
Manages laundry and floor care departments;
Manages fees and costs according to budget;
Maintains and repairs basic functions of the center as determined by the Administration;
Maintains building and grounds in a clean, safe and orderly condition;
Performs other duties as requested.

Education & Experience:
High school degree or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and construction in a skill nursing or health care facility, preferred;
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
