Formerly known as Mashpee Center, Royal Cotuit will continue with a long standing history of high quality skilled nursing and rehabilitative care operating in a five-star rated facility in Cape Cod.
Royal Cotuit Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for Licensed Social Worker to be part of their team!
Responsibilities include:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in the field is required.
LSW in accordance with state and local standards is required.
Long-term care experience is required.
Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Royal Cotuit Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for Licensed Social Worker to be part of their team!
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering of social services to residents and their families
- Working with the admission staff, providing tours to potential residents and family members; will give explanation of services offered by the facility, educate existing staff on ongoing social issues that may arise.
- Responsible for planning for pre-admission and discharge
- Participating in resident care planning
- Counseling residents and their families
- Advocating for and protect resident's rights
- Ensuring the social and emotional needs of each resident are met.
- Stimulating social contact and interaction
- Promoting the maximum level of independence of each resident
Education & Experience:
