Description
Royal Health Group is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator with industry experience in the healthcare and/or long-term care field. This newly created position will help in the aspect of the company’s recruiting process. The right candidate will have experience in many sourcing techniques including social media sites, traditional employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, and associations.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develops and maintains a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to build a trusted, high quality pool of potential current and future permanent candidates.
  • Screens resume and contact candidates who qualify for the open position s/he is applying for.
  • Interviews candidates in person within facility geographic area.
  • Schedules candidates for interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring managers, preparing candidate information packets, creating interview agendas, etc.
  • Creates job description according to essential functions of the position.
  • Monitors job applicants into applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Initiates and completes reference checks then communicates results to the appropriate parties
  • Reviews and collects essential paperwork in order to create job files and employee files including creation of job offer letters.
  • Conducts pay analysis of key positions (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on a quarterly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education:
  • 1+ years experience in full cycle recruitment
  • Experience providing recruitment support in a fast paced environment with multiple locations; preferred.
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast paced and high volume environment.
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills.

This position will primarily be located in Falmouth, MA, and the candidate would expect the candidate to travel approximately 10% of the time.
