Royal Norwell is looking for an Interim Admissions Director :

Job Duties & Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for census management and development of a 192 bed facility
• Manages the companies inquiry and admission process
• Maintains working relationships with referring community agencies
• Promotion of Specialty Programs with Community Senior Organizations and Healthcare Partners

Education and Requirements
 

• Strong skills in creating and maintaining excellent rapport with referral sources, community & healthcare professionals.
• Strength in creative marketing in the community & internally for staff, resident and family members.
• Experience in healthcare admissions field required.
• Ability to understand all aspects of the long-term care environment.
• Licensed as a Social Worker in the State of Massachusetts (LSW)
